We use a wooden pole to assist with movements in a fun and energizing way! Our 4 foot dowel rod provides structural support and guidance through 3 dimensional movement patterns while working on strength, balance and range of motion. Come try this class out with your friends and see what all the buzz is about! Song requests taken!

VIVA's version of POLE FITNESS is for YOU!

GYROKINESIS is a unique method of whole-body movement that flows in circular and spiraling patterns, coordinated with breath and mental focus. The GYROKINESIS Method incorporates principles of yoga, ballet, swimming, and T'ai Chi. Exercises are performed seated on a chair, a mat and finish standing. Classes can be adapted for any level. Benefits include:
